Meet Cristina

founder & creative director

Our family is the greatest inspiration for my life. The joy from the smiles of my four children and husband together along with mine are what motivates me every time I prepare a design. I cannot remember a single moment in which the joy we share as a family wasn’t surrounded by flowers. This is what I want for Artflower: that our effort is synonymous of joy for our clients.

I'm passionate about knowing new places, always traveling to different destinations, getting to know the local gastronomy, culture and traditions, and of course, I delight in hotel lobbies and their flowers then finding the local florist and having a connection of the joy flowers bring to everyone anywhere is the world. Work and Play can go hand in hand I have found a healthy balance of both. I enjoy to go out by boat in my spare time, fishing, snorkeling and wake boarding. I love hiking in the nature of our mountains and stroll the beaches I call home.

Since I was little I have loved flowers, but I have to say that the cymbidium orchid is my favorite flower. I was 17 years old when followed my dream and started working on the flower industry. The good vibes, colors and how aromas transmit in a space have not ceased to impress me, but what fascinates me the most is that they always provoke a smile on people's faces.

This is how Artflower was born in 2007. I love all the colors, textures, and the unique shape of each stem in our arrangements. Our style is inspired by natural abundance and clean lines to find the perfect balance between freshness and elegance. We believe in the importance of a special moment and it fills us with pride that our arrangements are there to honor the love and joy of the moment, whether it is a wedding or a corporate event, our goal is to provide our clients with a truly unforgettable experience.

Meet Juliana

Senior Designer

Hola! My name is Juli, Art Flower’s Senior designer since 2017. I’m 33 years old and I’m a 100% animal LOVER. On my free time I like spending time with my family, taking walks at the beach, sipping warm Costarican coffee and taking care of my beautiful garden.

I’m a professional graphic designer but at Art Flower I discovered my true passion: floral design. I really enjoy designing each of my events, listening to our clients, their thoughts, ideas, details and then transforming that information to create their special day... it’s priceless. For me, every event is a new story to tell. Seeing a proposal come true is simply delightful; it always impresses me and fills me with joy.
I’m always paying attention to details, I’m very committed to my work and above all, I consider myself as a fun and cheerful person! I believe we should always have fun in our lives, doing everything with love is what gives us the best results.
Art Flower changed my life and I look forward to continue creating wonderful events with the team!
